Where to get paid for blogging

Getting 'paid to blog' basically involves you, the blogger, posting a review of a website or product in return for payment.
The following list will be updated as required, so if you find or know of a 'get paid to blog' service to add to this list, mention it in a comment. Ive tried to add as much information on each of the different sites as I could.
